FREE REVIEW

Is the artwork review really free?

Yes—with a print order. It includes one initial review and one check of corrected artwork for potential print and wrap-layout concerns. Choose FREE REVIEW on your order or quote request.

What if you find a problem?

We explain the concern so you can ask your designer to correct and resend the artwork, send editable source files for a correction quote, or approve printing as supplied with the concern acknowledged, where practical. We do not make unapproved design changes.

Do I need to send editable artwork upfront?

No. Send your final print file first. Flattened or exported print files often cannot be edited. We only request source artwork if it is needed for correction work you want us to quote.

What is outside the free review?

Editing, redesign, artwork rebuilding, extensive troubleshooting, and reviews beyond the initial review and one recheck are quoted separately. Review does not guarantee every issue will be caught or verify vehicle fit without verified measurements. You approve the final content, dimensions, and artwork.

When does production timing start?

After artwork approval. Files needing correction or replacement can affect the schedule, so we confirm timing once the approved file and production scope are ready.

Files + artwork

Can you print files that are already production-ready?

Yes. Include the final scale, material, laminate, quantity, cut requirements, destination, and approved file version. Choose Print as supplied or FREE REVIEW. We confirm the production specifications and any technical issue that prevents printing in either case.

What file formats do you accept?

Layered TIFF or PSD and properly prepared PDF, AI, or EPS files are common. Vector logos and cut paths should remain editable. Very large files can be sent through a secure transfer link.

Can you fix or panel my artwork?

Yes, when included in the quote. Technical production preparation and creative design are different scopes, so we identify which one the job actually needs.

Printing + materials

Which wrap films do you offer?

Primary systems include Avery Dennison MPI 1105 with matched DOL laminates, 3M IJ180Cv3 with matched 8518/8519/8520 laminates, 3M 40C systems, and vehicle window perforation options.

Do the graphics arrive ready to install?

They can. Your quote defines laminate, trimming, contour cutting, weeding, masking, panel organization, labels, and any special finishing the installer needs.

Can I order only one replacement panel?

Yes. Send the original file and job details when available, plus photographs and measurements. Exact matching can be affected by file changes, material availability, production history, age, and weathering.

Timing + shipping

How fast is production?

Timing depends on file readiness, material availability, square footage, finishing, quantity, current capacity, and delivery method. The quote confirms the production window after the scope is complete.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. Wraptor Prints produces in Dallas, Georgia, with strong East Coast reach and shipping available across the United States.

Can you ship directly to my installer?

Yes. Provide the installer contact, full commercial address, requested arrival date, and labeling or packing instructions.

Trade relationships

Who can open a trade account?

Wrap shops, installers, sign companies, agencies, designers, and fleet partners can apply. Pricing and workflow are based on the actual production relationship and job scope.

Can orders be handled without Wraptor branding?

Qualified trade partners can request unbranded or relationship-protected handling. Confirm those requirements before the first job is released.

Is there a minimum order?

Small replacement graphics and larger fleet programs are both considered. The practical minimum depends on setup, media, finishing, packing, and shipping requirements, so send the real job for review.
